24 Hours of Le Mans 2008 Drivers' Parade

The Drivers' Parade - La Grande Parade des Pilotes - is a unique event where you can admire drivers, super cars, and, of course the Hawaiian Tropic Girls.

24 Heures du Mans 2008 Drivers Parade

Since six or seven years when I watched it for the first time, the Drivers' Parade has changed a lot. Over time it became longer both in distance and time but didn't necessary get better. Problem is, the organizers try to stretch the same number of participants over a much longer stretch. As a result you find yourself waiting minutes between parade features, you get bored, you get tired and you end up leaving before the end.

On the other hand, La Grande Parade des Pilotes is one of very few opportunities to get near super cars like the Gumpert, Ferrari Enzo, Bugatti Veron or Paganno Zonda, ask most drivers for autographs and last but not least, it's the closest you can get to the Hawaiian Tropic Girls.
